Data Center ISP Technician

Data Center Technician (Level 1 & Level 2)
Location: Cheyenne, WY
Overview
Seeking Data Center Technicians with both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) experience. Role includes 60% data center work and 40% fiber/OSP
work supporting enterprise infrastructure.
Responsibilities

+ Install and maintain data center hardware (servers, racks, network gear, PDUs)

+ Perform structured cabling (fiber & copper: install, terminate, test)

+ Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime

+ Support cooling, power, and environmental systems

+ Install and maintain outside plant infrastructure (fiber routes, conduits, cabling)

+ Coordinate with vendors and teams; document installations

Required Skills

+ Strong cabling expertise (fiber & copper)

+ Proven troubleshooting ability (ISP & OSP environments)

+ Experience with project coordination and cross-functional teams
