Data Center Facility Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Center Facility Engineer to manage and support the physical infrastructure and day-to-day operations of our data center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining raised flooring, rack installations, structured cabling, fiber connectivity, and ensuring smooth facility operations with a strong focus on uptime, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform raised flooring installation, inspection, and routine data center maintenance.
Rack mounting and de-racking of servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
Execute structured cabling tasks including copper and fiber cabling.
Perform fiber splicing, termination, and testing.
Ensure proper cable labelling, dressing, and management.
Monitor physical infrastructure, identify alarms, and escalate issues proactively.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the data center.
