**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical, cooling, and commercial HVAC systems.
+ Ability to perform material handling (lifting/shifting), work on platforms and ladders, and access tight spaces (such as under raised floors).
+ Ability to work non-standard hours, including rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays to support 24x7 operations.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Current F-Gas Certification and a full driving license.
