Role Summary

Responsible for administering and supporting, GPU systems, Linux environments, and data‑centre operations. Provides operational reporting, change/problem management support, and knowledge transfer to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Dell PowerEdge servers (R/XE) and OpenManage Enterprise.
• Manage user requests, review logs, and produce operational reports.
• Support Change Management processes and post‑implementation activities.
• Perform Problem Management, including root‑cause analysis and recommendations.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customers.
• Experience working in large data centre environments is key.
