Data Center Commissioning Lead

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for end-to-end Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of Data Center infrastructure, ensuring all systems are safe, compliant, integrated, and performance-ready prior to client handover. The incumbent will lead commissioning strategy, execution, stakeholder coordination, and final acceptance for mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

T&C Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and own the overall Testing & Commissioning strategy for data center projects
• Prepare commissioning plans, test scripts, procedures, and schedules aligned with design intent and client standards
• Lead pre-commissioning, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, IST, and performance testing

Systems & Integration

• Commission critical DC systems including:
• Electrical: HT/LT, UPS, DG, STS, PDUs
• Mechanical: Chillers, CRAH/CRA...
