Job Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end data management, including data ingestion, integration, governance, and quality processes. Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle management, including data ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, and publishing. Drive large-scale data migrations and modernizations, particularly from legacy systems like Redshift to advanced cloud-based platforms like Databricks and IDMC. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish best practices for data governance and stewardship. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and data security standards. Lead a team of data professionals, mentoring and developing talent within the organization.
