  Job Summary 
 We are looking for a bilingual (JLPT N2) Data/Business Analyst BA with good understanding of BI Systems and strong analytical skills for one of the biggest insurance companies located in Tokyo.
 Job Description
 Capturing requirements, formalizing the project, understand business requirements
 Demonstrate a strong understanding of BI systems, particularly Power BI and Tableau
 Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, ensuring data is accurately represented and easily accessible
 Ingest data into BI systems, establishing efficient connections to various data sources to minimize latency.
 Possess a basic understanding of Azure services, with exposure to Azure Synapse being a valuable asset
