Job Description

R ole Overview We’re looking for a proactive Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

You’ll work across teams, build dashboards, and apply advanced analytics to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources.

Perform statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and forecasting.

Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify data needs.

Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
3 –5 years of experience in data analysis (fintech or banking preferred).

Strong skills in SQL, Python, or R.
