ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Serve as a key contact for information about IS. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff

• Partner with the internal user community to identify, analyze and document business process requirements and product functional specifications supporting evolving needs. Perform fit gap analysis, determine required modifications, and develop associated technical requirements

• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for process improvement and guide the business in the establishment of effective and efficient business practices. Identify and recommend where performance enhancements, application enhancements and quality enhancements or new technologies may be incorporated

• Work with internal technical resources to architect, document and implement IS system improvements or new solutions, including integration with other systems/applications and data...
