Data Analyst / Tableau Developer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly self-sufficient Data Analyst/Modeler and Tableau Developer to support a fast-paced data team in Plano, TX, San Antonio, TX, or Charlotte, NC. This individual will operate across the full data lifecycle—from backend data modeling and transformation to front-end dashboard development—enabling business stakeholders to access actionable insights.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys rapid prototyping, and can independently turn loosely defined requirements into meaningful data solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from backend systems (including Jira and Clarity)
• Perform ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into usable formats
