Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Champion CRM, partner with field sales management teams to streamline business processes and train/promote the use of CRM to drive overall sales effectiveness (demand generation) and sales velocity (revenue generation).
- Develop and promote the use of our Sales Enablement playbook and digital transformation tools (e.g., CRM, BI Cognos, Tableau, SQL, etc.). Assist with training to support user compliance and adoption of our sales enablement toolkit.
- Advance new sales effectiveness strategies designed to improve sales performance and utilize knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive AI models to prescribe recommendations using quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Develop enterprise strategic dashboards and consult on data visualization techniques and storytelling to deliver self‑service data exploration and actionable insights.
