•Managing master data, including creation, updates, deletion, and processes.
•Support process owners in defining and implementation of new Salesforce.com (SFDC) features.
•Quality control testing of new and existing features.
•Ensuring SFDC data is kept up to date and aligned with our SAP systems.
•Data validation & Error diagnostics.
•Creating Target lists for sales and/or marketing.
•Update/maintain SFDC based upon the needs of the business.
•Develop reports and analysis from SFDC and/or other data sources to include individual / one-time
