Data Analyst (Permanent)

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or Tableau)
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple business systems
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with business units to define reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
