Collaboration: Salesforce Administrator and Research Teams

Role Overview

The Data Analyst (Talent & CRM Insights) acts as the link between Salesforce data and meaningful business insights. While the Salesforce Administrator manages system architecture, this role focuses on interpreting data, ensuring accuracy, and delivering insights that support consultant decision-making and client reporting.

The role is responsible for maintaining data quality, identifying trends, and building reporting dashboards that drive strategic outcomes.

Talent Intelligence Reporting

•  Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce (and/or Power BI, Tableau) to track market trends, candidate movement, and search lifecycle metrics
