Job Description
Job Summary Reporting to the Manager, HR Systems and Analysis, the Data Analyst supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data. This role focuses on turning data into clear insights by creating reports, dashboards, data summaries, and technical documentation. The Data Analyst brings strong technical skills, an innovative mindset, and an understanding of Human Resources within a postsecondary (higher education) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manages, collects, reviews, and analyzes HR data, as required to support business requirements and information needs and to complete both internal and external reporting requirements on a periodic and ad hoc basis.
Clean and validate Human Resources Information System data to ensure accuracy, completeness, quality and uniformity.
Support systems implementation projects by working with stakeholders in validating and creating the data that will be used in integrations. These projects are institutiona...
