Own high‑stakes tests end‑to‑end, building and maintaining analytics pipelines that support the entire organization.

Work closely with the Analytics team, Senior Management, Digital Marketing, CRO, Development, QA, Finance, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze A/B tests from hypothesis through statistical analysis to decision‑ready recommendations.
• Map user journeys across devices and traffic sources to identify friction points and conversion leaks.
• Build and maintain data pipelines across Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and BigQuery, ensuring timely access to data.
• Contribute to a structured hypothesis pipeline: prioritize by impact, write clear test briefs, define success criteria, and push proposals to execution.
• Orchestrate AI workflows using SQL and Python to accelerate analysis, validation, and scaling of outputs.
