EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Data Analyst – Customer Quality (CX & Quality Analytics) . In this position you will play an important role to set up the Quality process for the legend brand EBRO.

We are seeking a Data Analyst specialized in Customer Quality for Corporate Quality Ebro SUV department to integrate, process, and analyse information from multiple internal sources, generating actionable insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate data processing, reporting, and decision-making. You will work closely with Aftersales, Customer Callcenter, Product, and other teams to identify improvement opportunities based on reliable, well-structured data.
