Data Analyst (Cuauhtémoc)

Location: LI‑Hybrid

Role Responsibilities

• Developing SQL codes to answer business questions
• Deriving insights from data and supporting the decision making
• Interacting with stakeholders to understand the business needs
• Giving support for different squads across the CX department
• Creating automated solutions to integrate different data sourcesSupporting our business partners with data perspective
• Validating data and calculation methodologies between different area departments

Role Qualifications

• Advanced technical skills such as SQL knowledge (Python is a plus)
• Advanced/fluent English speaking
• Statistical knowledge (R is a plus)
• Ability to embrace change in a fast paced environment
• Data visualization tools and storytelling skills
• Clear communication and the ability to explain data insights to non‑data personnel
