Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze business, operational, and customer data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for bookings, revenue, campaigns, and operational performance
- Support business teams in monitoring key metrics including conversion, voucher performance, customer growth, and ride activity
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and support data‑driven decision making
- Finding key insights based on trends and drivers’ and passengers’ behaviors and present it to key stakeholders
- Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple data sources
- Assist in campaign analysis, performance tracking, and ad‑hoc business analysis
- Prepare clear presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
