Data Analysis Specialist

Key Requirements :

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
2. Strong expertise in predictive modelling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
3. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI solution development.
4. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data science tools and frameworks.
5. Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
6. Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI and analytics solutions.
7. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Businesses.
