THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn by doing, with support from a friendly and experienced farm manager and team. No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved in the full farming cycle. You’ll help with daily farm work such as milking, calving, feeding stock, and general jobs around the farm. From April, the farm will have halter technology, giving you experience with modern automated systems. You’ll also have the chance to learn about organic farming systems, including how organic herds are managed and cared for, alongside dairy shed routines and animal health, with guidance and support along the way.
