D2C Business Development & Shanghai Flagship Store (FSS) Manager

Objective of the position

Initiate and implement the D2C new business development and lead Shanghai flagship store operations, driving channel expansion, client acquisition, and team management to achieve high-end business goals.

Main Tasks

1. D2C Business Expansion

 · Develop and execute D2C channel strategies, targeting high-profile designers and high-end hospitality partners (5-star hotels, service apartments), Michelin restaurants, and wine chain retailers.

 · Secure new partnerships, manage client relationships, and drive cross-business collaboration to boost brand exposure and sales.

2. Shanghai Flagship Store Operations Management

 · Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures per SOP (e.g., readiness checks, product display, cleanliness, ambient settings).

 · Ensure full compliance with flagship service standards across all zones (reception, brand experience, product discovery, private dining).
