Co-Pack Lead

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Compensation: $20.00/hour

General Position Summary Co-Pack Lead:

Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assist in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising / leading of warehouse employees.
• Time keeping / temp roster
• Inventory checks.
• Cleaning of the warehouse.

Job Complexity:

Good communication, people skills with problem resolution. Management skills and to be able to manage employees. Keep a neat orderly and clean warehouse operation.

Work Experience Requirements:

2 years warehouse experience. Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience. Warehouse safety experience. Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction. Computer experience a must.

Education Requirements:
