Provide critical social work services at the Czorny Alzheimer Centre in Surrey, B.C. as a Casual Social Worker. Focus on delivering compassionate therapeutic counseling.
In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals while reporting to the Health Services Manager. Your responsibilities will include conducting psycho-social assessments, delivering clinical counseling to residents and families, and leading educational initiatives.
