As part of their continued growth, they are looking to onboard a motivated Czech Service Desk Agent to join their multilingual support team in Budapest.

You will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking end users, providing high-quality technical assistance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Tasks

• Serve as the first point of contact for Czech and English-speaking users via phone, email, and chat


• Help users solve everyday technical issues, step by step, with full support from the team


• Log and track requests through an internal tool (training provided)
