The Role:

We are seeking a part-time Welfare Worker to join our team at Rick Hammersley Centre Therapeutic Community (RHCTC) mixed gender program. This dynamic role involves providing culturally appropriate client assessment and case planning, medical and health coordination, financial support and benefit access, medication management, legal and justice system assistance, advocacy and interagency collaboration, exit planning and referrals.
