Cycle Count Supervisor

Supervisor responsible for the veracity of inventory, execution of cyclical counts, as well as the planning and preparation of the annual physical inventory.

• Actively participates and develops projects aimed at reducing operating expenses in inventory management and administration (Kaizen)
• Review and coordinate operating system (ERP) configurations related to data integrity. Secure and monitor system transactions for data integrity.
• Coordinate and execute, together with the Warehouseman in charge, the program of cyclical counts (daily, weekly and monthly) in accordance with the ABC methodology.
• Promote follow‑up of working process activities, cut audits, set up scrap, manual scrap, Kanban.
• Record and reconcile all inventory movements in the ERP system (receipts, exits, transfers, adjustments).
