SupervisorSupervisor responsible for the veracity of inventory, execution of cyclical counts, as well as the planning and preparation of the annual physical inventory.ResponsibilitiesActively participates and develops projects aimed at reducing operating expenses in inventory management and administration (Kaizen)Review and coordinate operating system (ERP) configurations related to data integrity.
Secure and monitor system transactions for data integrity.Coordinate and execute, together with the Warehouseman in charge, the program of cyclical counts (daily, weekly and monthly) in accordance with the ABC methodology.Promote follow‐up of working process activities, cut audits, set up scrap, manual scrap, Kanban.Record and reconcile all inventory movements in the ERP system (receipts, exits, transfers, adjustments).
Investigate and document root causes of discrepancies between the physical inventory and the system, implementing corrective actions.Generate daily and weekly repo...
