Overview
Support rollout and administration of talent mobility and L&D programs for cybersecurity staff.
Responsibilities- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Maintain employee development records and assist in reporting/visualization.
- Develop and communicate learning resources; gather participant feedback.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and collaborate with HR and cybersecurity teams.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years in talent development, L&D, or HR coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus.
- Interest in cybersecurity is desirable.
