SALT Talent is looking to hire a Cybersecurity Support Specialist for one of the tech clients in Indonesia for 12 months & renewable contract role. The role requires technical knowledge, particularly in networking and cybersecurity, with preference for candidates from a support background who can handle challenging customer situations, the position also involves working at tier 3 level for critical cases, managing customer support tickets through Salesforce, and working standard business hours with after-hours support on a best-effort basis.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for Support delivery and Case Management to ensure the customer has an integrated service delivery experience.
