Job OverviewAs the Site Cybersecurity Leader, you will serve as the trusted authority for cybersecurity at the San Martín site. You will lead the development and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan, build cybersecurity capabilities, and foster a culture of awareness. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to protect Industrial Control Systems and ensure operational resilience against cybersecurity threats.
Key Responsibilities Proactively lead the development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan aligned with the digital master plan. Build site cybersecurity capabilities and create a sustainable culture of cybersecurity awareness unique to the site. Participate actively in the CSL Community of Practices to share and apply best practices, enhancing the site cybersecurity plan.
