Cybersecurity Analyst (III / IV) – Full Time
Onsite for 1st few months then Hybrid (3x/week) | No Sponsorship
Compensation: $130K–$145K base + ~20% bonus
Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to help manage and evolve our security tooling, cloud security posture, and cybersecurity architecture. This role blends hands‑on engineering and monitoring with strategic responsibilities such as policy, architecture, and tool design. A third‑party SOC handles low‑level response, allowing focus on higher‑value security work.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize endpoint security and SaaS-based tools (., EDR, Zscaler)
Design and manage cloud security for Microsoft 365 and Azure
Support SIEM operations (Splunk today; tooling‑agnostic mindset)
Investigate security incidents and leverage threat intelligence
