**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking a **Cyber Systems Administrator** to support the DMOC-IDE team at the 705th CTS. This role focuses on administering and maintaining hybrid Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments that enable Live–Virtual–Constructive (LVC) training for Air Force, Joint, and Coalition forces.Support mission-critical training systems for U.S. and coalition warfighters while working with modern enterprise infrastructure and technologies in a dynamic operational environment.

In this role, you will:

+ Administer and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022) and RHEL systems in a multi-user environment
+ Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access controls
+ Perform system patching, hardening, and compliance in coordination with cybersecurity teams
