Cyber Security Tech GRC Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Own delivery assurance for the Technology GRC portfolio delivered from Manila, including review discipline, risk management, and escalation of quality issues.
• Lead and develop Technology GRC delivery managers and senior practitioners; set expectations for standards, rigor, and client-ready outputs.
• Embed modular capability delivery: define and maintain repeatable work packages that can be composed to match client needs and operating model.
• Partner with the Global Technology GRC Lead to evolve playbooks, templates, and reusable IP; ensure Manila contributes to global standard uplift.
• Coordinate with other Manila pillar leads to deliver integrated outcomes across Govern, Design, Build, and Run, including shared accountability for delivery success.
• Support pursuit shaping where needed by providing credible delivery input: scope boundaries, delivery approach, risks, and resourcing...
