The Cyber & Network Support Technician will play a key role in supporting clients with first‑line technical issues, basic cyber‑security tasks, and routine network troubleshooting. KEY DUTIES
* Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults
