A Day in the Life
As a CIAM Specialist, you will be a key member of the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team and be one member of the group responsible for technical operations, implementation, management, and support for our CIAM systems deployed within the organization. This position provides technical solutions for issues primarily in Okta (Customer Identity Solution or Customer Identity Cloud), SiteMinder and Layer7 API gateway, including, but not limited to authentication, single sign-on, multi factor authentication, responsible for operational fitness of the system(s) through support, monitoring, and response.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. <...
