CXH Charter & Scheduling Specialist Role

Take charge of charter logistics as a Charter and Scheduling Specialist at CXH, located in Coal Harbour. Focus on efficient schedule management and high-level client communications.
Reporting to the Head of Network and Revenue Management, this role requires effective engagement with clients to manage charter bookings and inquiries. You'll oversee sending rate sheets, work alongside customer service teams, and ensure all charter invoices are reconciled at month-end. Your analytical skills will support optimizing schedules in collaboration with our Network and Revenue Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients via different communication channels
• Provide annual rate sheets to Tour Operators for clarity
• Address charter service inquiries with the Customer Care team
• Schedule charters based on client needs and aircraft availability
• Ensure financial accuracy in month-end charter invoice reconciliation
