Job Purpose & Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to subscriber base metrics and CVM campaigns.
• Gather data from various sources including databases, big data platforms, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help in taking informed business decisions.
• Generate regular reports on customer metrics, including acquisition, retention, churn, ARPU, etc.
• Monitor CVM campaigns/KPI’s and investigate anomalies through timely investigations.
• Propose creation of advanced analytics & data science based models for increasing customer engagement & revenue.
• Proactively answer business questions from management and other stakeholders.
