• Current, active RN license required
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiac Intensive Care or Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
• Familiarity with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and critical care skills
• Ability to thrive in high-acuity environments and manage rapidly evolving situations
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and in good standing)
