At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cutting Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Spalding. This role involves the precise cutting, trimming, and preparation of meat products, ensuring that all hygiene, quality, and safety standards are strictly maintained throughout the production process.
Shift patterns:
* 5 days out of 7
* 05:30 AM start Monday for Friday
Pay rates:
* £13.01 hourly
Essential requirements for Cutting Operative:
* Intermediate level of English
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Role for Cutting Operative:
* Perform accurate cutting and trimming of meat products to meet quality standards
* Prepare products according to specific production guidelines
* Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
