What Will You Do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to act as the first point of contact to provide quality customer service for members, attorneys and associates, answering and managing their inquiries for information or service through inbound and outbound calls. The adequate candidate will have a strong service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate in English.
