Customs Operations Supervisor

• Maintain ongoing communication and correspondence with all relevant parties, ensuring timely feedback and status updates to the superior.
  
• Distribute and coordinate tasks fairly among the Customs Clerk team to ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Coordinate inspections and examinations with Government agencies such as SIRIM,CIDB MAQIS, KKM, Pharmacy and others.
  
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional execution of forwarding operations at all Port (Port Klang)
  
• Manage, expedite, and monitor customs operations to ensure effective and efficient clearance of all inbound and outbound shipments.
  
• Attend to all queries raised by Customs Officers, including matters related to documentation, and accompany customers to Customs when required.
  
• Oversee, support, and monitor the EDI team in performing declarations accurately. Advise coordinators on the correct tariff codes and liaise with Penjenisan when neces...
