Customs & Logistics Executive – Malaysia

Location: Malaysia

We are looking for a Customs & Logistics Executive with experience in Malaysia import/export customs clearance and trade compliance to join our client's growing team.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, with good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 1–3 years of experience in Malaysia import & export customs clearance.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SMK (Sistem Maklumat Kastam) / Dagang Net.
• Experience with customs documentation (K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9).
• Familiar with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) operations.
• Able to perform HS Code classification and duty calculations independently.
• Knowledge of import/export permits, SST, customs compliance, and trade regulations.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics vendors...
