Customs & Logistics Executive (Import & Export) (Mandarin)

We are looking for a Customs & Logistics Executive with experience in Malaysia import/export customs clearance and trade compliance to join our client's growing team.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, with good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 1–3 years of experience in Malaysia import & export customs clearance
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of SMK (Sistem Maklumat Kastam) / Dagang Net
• Experience with customs documentation (K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9)
• Familiar with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) operations
• Able to perform HS Code classification and duty calculations independently
• Knowledge of import/export permits, SST, customs compliance, and trade regulations
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics vendors
• Valid driving license and own transportation is an advantag...
