CUSTOMS AND SHIPPING EXECUTIVE

Overview

This position will need you to take responsibility as main coordinator of shipment (import/export) between Marketer/ Buyer and factory's Supply Chain (Material Planning, Logistics, Production, Shipping and QA) are planned without further delayed once trade is approved. The Customs and Shipping Executive possess the responsibility to ensure all shipment planning can ship out order without further delayed once trade is approved.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for import and export shipment.
• Plan and coordinate shipping activities, including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents and coordinating with carriers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including documentation and tracking information.
• Apply permit with respective government agencies (local and overseas)
• Ensure plants license, International Trade, MITI, requirement is adhered to Custom Act.
