Job Description

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Lead to lead and manage customer visits. The candidate that fills this role will have the opportunity to organize and execute customer-visits and events. If you are looking for an opportunity that will allow you to work with a variety of internal and external customers, work with customers from around the world, and provide excellent customer service, then this position may be for you!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Utilize data, analysis, and experience to plan, organize, communicate, and execute all deliverables, ensuring high-quality customer visits.
Organize and communicate activities of R&D, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service, Facilities, Security, and other departments as necessary to meet customer visit objectives.
Proactively monitor events using appropriate metrics and provide timely reports to cross-functional teams and/or management.
