Customer Technical Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our UK Team within our Frozen Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Completion of Daily Adminstrative Tasks
• Development and maintenance of Customer specifications utilising internal and customer portals
• Tracking of internal and external KPI's and reporting of the same to interal stakeholders
• Liasing with suppliers to gain technical information where required
• Assiting with traceability exercises
• Completion of physical product sampling
• Controlling customer specifications on internal and customers digital platforms
• Ensuring Custeomr Portals are up to date wtih all required relevant information
• Completion and reporting of customer complaint investigations with the wider Technical Team and reporting internally and externally on the same.
• Attend Customer visits as required
