Customer Team Member
Location: The Millstone PH Hawarden Road, Penyffordd, CH4 0JE
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts from 4pm through to 10pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, Saturday or Sunday).
What you will do
- Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and verify prices, dates, and temperatures.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues.
