Location: 37 Lower Main Street, Bushmills, BT57 8QA. Pay: £14.48 per hour. Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part‑time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, weekends. 30% colleague member discount in store.

Customer Team Leader

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office, bakery, or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
