Location: Eastern Road, Ashburton, TQ13 7FL

Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 24-30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part-time
Working pattern: 2pm to 11pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift. We’re happy to discuss additional availability further at interview.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
